Our product warranty, returns policy, and the conditions under which we supply equipment through our retail partners.

EYOLF Inc. ("us," "we," "our") designs and manufactures professional climbing, rope access, rope rescue, arborist, and adventure park equipment from our facility in Fergus, Ontario, Canada.
Eyolf Sport products are sold exclusively through authorised retailers and at select in-person events. These terms describe our product warranty, our returns policy, and the obligations that apply to buyers of our equipment — whether purchased from a retail partner or at an event we attend.
Equipment offered by EYOLF Inc. is warranted against factory defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three years from the date of installation or first use by the owner, provided that this period does not exceed three years from the date of manufacturing.
The manufacturing date is shown on the product label.
Upon notice in writing, EYOLF Inc. will promptly repair or replace all defective items. We reserve the right to elect to have any defective item returned to our facility for inspection before making a repair or replacement.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to EYOLF products. It is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Returns of Eyolf Sport products must be initiated through the retailer from which the product was purchased. Retailers should contact us before sending goods back to our facility.
Standard goods may be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be the current model and packaged in re-saleable condition.
Custom or special-ordered goods require pre-payment and cannot be cancelled or returned.
Defective or faulty goods are handled under our warranty. EYOLF Inc. will, at its option, replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of any goods proved to our reasonable satisfaction to have been delivered defective. Where goods cannot be repaired or replaced, a credit note will be issued to the original value.
Eyolf Sport products are sold exclusively through our authorised retail partners and at select in-person events where we have a direct presence.
We do not operate a direct-to-consumer online shop. If you see Eyolf Sport products listed for sale on an unauthorised platform or by an unknown seller, please let us know at info@eyolf.ca.

It is the responsibility of the buyer — whether a retail partner or an end user purchasing at an event — to ensure that all technical data, instructions, and safety information provided with the product by EYOLF Inc. are supplied to the end user.
Retail partners reselling Eyolf Sport products are responsible for ensuring that their staff can provide basic product guidance and that the safety documentation is passed on intact with every unit sold.
Eyolf Sport products are designed for use by trained individuals who understand the risks associated with climbing, rope access, and related activities. Improper use of this equipment can result in serious injury or death.
Always read the product instructions in full before use. Inspect all equipment before every use. Retire any item that shows signs of damage, excessive wear, or has been subjected to a fall or significant load. When in doubt, retire the equipment.
EYOLF Inc. accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the improper use of our products, failure to follow the provided instructions, or use by individuals who have not received appropriate training.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
EYOLF is a registered trademark of EYOLF Inc. Retail partners and buyers shall use the EYOLF name and EYOLF logo with respect and in accordance with any brand guidelines provided. The EYOLF name and logo may not be altered, combined with other marks, or used in any context that could imply a relationship with EYOLF Inc. that does not exist.
