EYOLF Inc. designs and manufactures professional climbing, rope access, rope rescue, arborist, and adventure park equipment from our facility in Fergus, Ontario, Canada. Eyolf Sport is our consumer product line, built to the same standard as our professional and industrial equipment and made available through authorised retail partners.
Eyolf Sport products are sold exclusively through authorised retailers and at select in-person events. We do not operate a direct-to-consumer online store.

We work with climbing gyms, outdoor retailers, and specialty shops that can provide their customers with basic product guidance and pass on safety documentation with every unit sold.

EYOLF Inc. reserves the right to decline to supply.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, excluding local sales taxes and other duties unless specifically stated otherwise. Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days or until our price list is updated. EYOLF Inc. reserves the right to amend specifications and prices as necessary.
Government orders and pre-approved orders must be confirmed with a Purchase Order. All orders ship FOB Fergus, Ontario, Canada unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to dispatch.
Where standard Eyolf Sport products are supplied on a pro-forma basis, goods will be dispatched only upon receipt of cleared funds. Cash, drafts, credit-card payments, and credit transfers result in immediate dispatch.
If your order is not on your own shipping account, EYOLF Inc. will dispatch the order using our method and choice of carrier unless agreed otherwise prior to dispatch.
Delivery dates given by EYOLF Inc. are a genuine forecast based on current conditions but are given without legal commitment. EYOLF Inc. accepts no liability if it is unable to meet those dates.
Non-receipt of goods must be reported to EYOLF Inc. in writing within five (5) working days of placing an order for immediate delivery, or of the agreed delivery date for forward orders.
Ownership of goods supplied remains with EYOLF Inc. until we have received cleared funds in full for the goods supplied. EYOLF Inc. reserves the right at any time to review or cancel any credit arrangements with any buyer, without notice.
EYOLF Inc. reserves the right to exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt-recovery costs under applicable late-payment legislation if payment is not received according to agreed credit terms.
To return goods, the retailer must contact us first. Returns must be authorised by EYOLF Inc. before goods are shipped back to our facility.
Standard goods may be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be the current model and packaged in re-saleable condition.
Custom or special-ordered goods require pre-payment and cannot be cancelled or returned.
Defective or faulty goods are handled under our product warranty. EYOLF Inc. will, at its option, replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of any goods proved to our reasonable satisfaction to have been delivered defective. Where goods cannot be repaired or replaced, a credit note will be issued to the original value.
Demonstration and loan equipment may be made available to prospective retail partners on a case-by-case basis. Such equipment is supplied solely on the understanding that the retailer takes full responsibility for its use, storage, and safe handling during the loan period.

It is the responsibility of the retailer to ensure that all technical data, instructions, and safety information provided with the product by EYOLF Inc. are passed on to the end user. Safety documentation must be included intact with every unit sold.
Retailers are responsible for ensuring that their staff can provide basic product guidance to customers at point of sale. Eyolf Sport products are life-safety equipment — staff should be familiar with proper use, fit, and inspection requirements before selling.

EYOLF is a registered trademark of EYOLF Inc. Retailers shall use the EYOLF name and EYOLF logo in accordance with any brand guidelines provided. The EYOLF name and logo may not be altered, combined with other marks, or used in any context that could imply a relationship with EYOLF Inc. that does not exist.
The EYOLF name and logo may not be used in advertising, promotions, or social media posts without prior written approval. Contact us for brand assets and usage guidelines.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
